About Us
We are a Childcare & Preschool licensed by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) and PA Department of Education. Our facility accommodates children from 6 weeks to 12 years. We offer a balanced learning environment with times for both structured and creative learning opportunities. All staff undergo a rigorous screening to make sure that they are capable and qualified to teach your child.

At Kids World, we follow the Keystone STARS program as a guide for teaching and learning. Keystone STARS is a responsive system to improve, support, and recognize the continuous quality improvement efforts of early learning programs in Pennsylvania. The Rising STARS initiative focuses on access to the highest quality services for hard to reach / hard to serve children and families by providing supports to providers as they move up the quality scale to STAR 3 and 4 levels. We are committed to developing and maintaining collaborative relationships that are valued with open minds and appreciation for growth, and with that, we would like to recognize our center as the highest level of a STAR 4. Kids World also follows the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) that plays a critical role in supporting the wellness, health, and development of children, older adults, and individuals with disabilities through the provision of nutritious foods. In particular, Kids World has a powerful opportunity to instill healthy habits in young children that serve as a foundation for healthy choices in life. Each day, the children are provided with breakfast, two snacks, and lunch. Each meals served will include a greater variety of vegetables and fruit, more whole grains, and less added sugar and saturated fat. The changes made to the meal patterns are based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans

Kids World Child Care & Preschool is committed to providing a clean, loving, safe, affordable, high quality and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's individual pattern and timing of social, emotional, moral, physical and cognitive development, taking into special consideration that each child is an individual with a diverse background which governs each child's individual pace. We are dedicated to supporting all children’s desire to be life-long learners through a "hands on" approach which fosters creativity and self-expression.
